Return Policy

You may return the unused, undamaged, unwashed item within 90 days from the date of purchase. If you received your item in a priority mailer please use another type of mailer to send back your package.

If the item is dirty, has pet hair or has been washed we will be unable to accept the return. 

Special orders and hoods purchased individually are not returnable.

This return process is for orders shipping within the US. Please call or email us at about returning any international orders.

Boot orders are not eligible for online returns. If you would like to request a boot return please call our office 888-438-8683.


How to submit a return request:

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. You will receive the refund in 5-15 business days once we receive your return. We will refund to the original payment method.
